The campaign wizard
The Campaign Wizard allows bands to launch a wide variety of mobile messaging campaigns in minutes using our highly customizable templates. The way band text messaging works is you create a keyword and edit your campaign, by clicking one of the icons in the Campaign Wizard screen.
Our patented campaign wizard provides the tools necessary to set up a highly effective and immeasurably creative, buzz worthy campaign. Once you have completed setting up the campaign you are 100% live and your fans can opt in to receive your band text messages by texting your band name to 411247.
Auto responder
Auto Response keywords provide a single, SMS response back to the fan when the keyword is texted to a short code. Common examples include mobile coupons, show reminders, contests, myspace url, booking information and more.
Ease of use
Using this tool allows you to edit existing campaigns that you have created using the Campaign Wizard. Once you edit the fields, you may save the changes to make them immediately effective.
Text to win
Text-to-Win is more than a typical band marketing tool it is the SMS equivalent of an interactive contest or sweepstakes. Contestants text your keyword to 411247 (get your 411 24/7) in order to join the contest as seen on TV-based Text-to-Win shows like Deal or No Deal. Analytics page
This is where you can view how many unique subscribers are texting into your band name keywords. Narrow your search down to the month, week, even day.
View: Active Subscribers: This is the total number of phone numbers that are currently subscribed to a campaign.
Cumulative Subscribers: This is the cumulative number of subscribers (those who have opted out are also included).
Adds Today, Losses Today, Adds this Month, Losses this Month and more.
Total SMS Transactions: This is the total number of inbound and outbound messages sent/received by your account.
SMS Sent: Total outbound messages sent.
SMS Received: This is the total number of inbound SMS messages received by your account.
Total WAP Transactions: This is the total number of media texts sent.
Fanlist grouping & separation
This module unleashes the omnipotent power of text messaging for bands. It gives you the ability to analyze subscriber lists by a variety of different perspectives, including subscribers by Keyword, Group, even gigs (must manually separate by date). You can use the drop down menus in the tool to filter the lists. The following fields are what our platform captures. Band Marketing made easy.
Subscriber: This is the phone number of the subscriber.
Keyword: This is the name of the keyword.
Group: If you have grouped this keyword, the group name will appear here.
Start Date: This is the date and time that the subscriber opted in.
City: This is the city of the subscriber, based solely on the first 6 digits of the phone number.
State: This is the state of the subscriber, based solely on the first 6 digits of the phone number.
Action: This field allows you to perform various actions on the subscriber, including Deletion, Sending an SMS, and Sending a WAP/Media text.
You can create custom groups out of these numbers. If the band is having a show in the Dallas area they may only want to invite their Dallas fan base. Every time the band plays in Dallas add those subscribers to the ‘Dallas’ Group
Scheduling show reminders
The Schedule Center allows you to schedule SMS, multimedia, pre-recorded voice, or text-to-speech messages. The content you schedule can be delivered at a specified time to either an individual phone number, a keyword (group of phone numbers), or a group (group of keywords).
The Campaign Wizard comes equipped with a calendar to select the date and time of a blast. Once you have selected the appropriate date and time a message box pops up to enter the desired text. Choose a keyword or if subscriber numbers have been separated with similar area codes and cities ahead of time, select a specific group to receive the update. Click Save and the blast will be sent out just as easy as that.
